By Car: The main entrance of MDR is located on the east side of First Avenue between 65th and 66th streets. Parking is available on the street or in several private garages on 65th and 66th Streets.

By Bus: From downtown on the east side of Manhattan, take the M15 bus up First Avenue to 68th Street. Heading downtown on the east side of Manhattan, take the M15 bus down Second Avenue to 68th Street. The main entrance of MDR is located on the east side of First Avenue between 65th and 66th streets.

By Subway: Take the #6 train to the 68th Street and Lexington/Hunter College station. The main entrance of MDR is located on the east side of First Avenue between 65th and 66th streets.
