Craig Sherman, M.D.

Picture of Dr. Sherman Dr. Sherman joined the practice in 1990. A summa cum laude graduate of Jefferson Medical College in 1982, Dr. Sherman completed his radiology residency at The New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center. He also pursued an additional year of training in Nuclear Medicine at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and a year of Body CT and Ultrasound training at The New York Hospital under the tutelage of Dr. Elias Kazam. He further completed a two-year fellowship in Neuroradiology at The New York Hospital and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

Dr. Sherman is a senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiology and certified by the American Board of Radiology with Added Qualifications in Neuroradiology (1996, 2006). He is also a member of the Radiological Society of North America, the Society of Nuclear Medicine, the Society of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance, and the Society of Breast Imaging. Dr. Sherman's extensive training makes him uniquely qualified to interpret PET images and cross-sectional images derived with CT and MRI.
